• Criteria for Free Upgrade from Microsoft Office 2007 to Office 2010

  When a new version of software is nearing launch, customers prefer to wait and buy the latest version – that’s quite fair. Around this time the sale of the current version dips. So to overcome this Microsoft did a business stroke. They announced, “if you purchased, installed, and activated a qualifying Microsoft Office 2007 product between March 5, 2010, and September 30, 2010, you are eligible to download Office 2010 at no additional cost”. This has come to be known as the Microsoft Office 2010 Technology Guarantee program.

  Also note that the claim for free upgrade should be made within 31st October, 2010. Check the eligibility criteria properly.
