Today there are hundreds of social networking websites in the world. The most popular ones are innovated in west. There are still now no Indian start up yet in this sector. Today I will list those social networking sites which have a sizable Indian visitors.
1. Orkut: Orkut is the number 1 social networking website in India. But days may not be far which Facebook will take over. Apart from India Orkut is very popular in Brazil.

2. Facebook: Facebook probably the best social networking website and the most popular in the world. It also has the largest number of traffic and membership.

3. Hi5: Just another networking site but quite popular.

4. Tagged: Just another networking site but quite popular.

5. MySpace: Myspace is a good one with lots of features and specially popular with musicians.

6. Linkedin: Linkedin is a professional networking sites.

Well there are few sites who claim to be social netwoking sites but are mostly junk with a few exceptions. But they may not be social networking sites in the true sense. Some of them as follows:
1. Bharatstudent.com: This site claims to be a community of Global Indians. It has good pictures, videos etc. But I found them indulging in spamming on the internet.

2. Biggadda.com: Though big adda is not a social networking site in the true sense but it has good content like blogs, pictures and video. A website from Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group.

3. Myindospace.com: Nothing much interesting.
4. Socialnetworking.in: Nothing much there apart from the usual video, assorted pictures from the internet.
5. Yaari.com: It claimed to be a niche social networking sites for Indian youth but many claims that it indulges in spamming using their email accounts. So be careful if want to sign-up there.

If you are there on Orkut, Facebook, Mypsace and Linkedin then it is more than enough to take care of your online social networking. Well, Twitter can be an addition.

Low cost product are admired anywhere in the world and if it is bundled with good features and durability then what else we need. This is the line of laptop products that Asustek from Taiwan has bought to market. In India, when they launched Eee PC in 2007, it created a new line customers for itself. However, the a few features were a bit dodgy like the keyboard which looked more of a kids game console. This 7 inch PC retailed in India for Rs 18000. However, the new line of PCs like the Eee PC 1000H is 10 inch display, have almost industry standard keyboard and weighs around 1.4 kg. This is almost the same as the much acclaimed Apple MacBook Air, which they claimed to be the thinnest laptop ever. Eee PC 1000H retails in India at Rs 29,990 this is almost 2 -3 times lesser than most laptops of its category.
