Motionbox seems to do the same thing what Youtube or other free video sharing site does but it claims to give the users more control and privacy over their videos. It supports HD quality video and online editing.

Motionbox powers AOL video, Bebo and shutterfly. So they may be good choice for small business who want a professional service with lots of control and privacy over their videos.

They also came up with a paid service called motionbox pro. Go for this only if you are a small business where privacy and control is important. Otherwise, Youtube is till the best and submit to as many video sharing sites to get more exposure.

Signing up has been made easier, if you have Facebook account, you can use your facebook ID and password to register. The free account will provide only 750 mb of storage space, so for a normal user Youtube is always better. There are some nice features like rotate, trim, email the video etc.
